The company was Parkers Upholstery. He was out on Reach Road but I see his shop is no longer there. I am sure the Glen out at PP auto glass could do it the same. As far as the template, I made it for myself and threw it out. Can't have anyone having the same as my stuff you know. All you need to do is get a big block of Styrofoam and first carve out the bottom so it will sit on you seat flat. Ie, match the profile of it. Then start carving the stryo down with anything that will cut it. I used a rough hacksaw blade in vise grips. a disc grinder with a soft wheel might work as well. Get ready to make a hell of a mess. The best part of making a pattern like this is that you can sit on it and see what you think and keep carving until it looks hot and feels good. I doesn't have to look pretty because it is just an idea of the shape. The upholsterer will cut some firm foam similar to you shape and glue some soft foam to the outside of it to make it smooth and pretty. The one I did needed only the top material to be joined to the original Polaris side panels and then hooked around the gas filler neck, Ala Boss. One note, you will probably want to put a rise on your handlebars to be a little more comfortable. The biggest thing you will notice is that there is much more space to move as your knees, elbows etc aren't as bunched up. I liked the extra move room so much that is how I justified my new Boss seat on the Rev. Seems to me the whole project took about 4 hours of carve time and around 125 bucks for the upholstery. Keep me updated, I am interested in your progress.

Parker's is still in buisness, the phone # is the same, he is mobile now and will come directly to your house to do the work, or take measurements, or whatever. Name is Jake, he did some work on my boat and did a good job too, nice guy.

Kev I bet we could save some coin if we can fab something up for him that'll suit both our rides, we have just about the same sled seats and were almost the same size.
let me know I'm in.
