Hi Guys & Gals. I hope you good season sleding. I'm starting next seasons trail work early this year. We have to do a change in the E108 north of Port Perry for next year. So if I get some help we'll get the bush out of the way. We'll meet at at odd fellow's hall south end of Port Perry, beside Macdonald's rest. at 8:am Saterday morn. Mar. 29, 2008. PS. Its not wet in there yet but still lots of snow. Or you can meet us at Harper Rd. West north of Port Perry off Simcoe St. Thanks Brian

West north of Port Perry off Simcoe St. Thanks Brian So Brian for those who wish to ride to the site, they would just have to follow the E108 rail trail north from Port to were the trail jogs just south of Harpers rd to where we are doing the work ....... right ??

We'll be parking at Harper Rd. & heading down to E108 just south of where the trail jogs though the 2 fields & heads back onto the Rail Bed.We start trail work there. We can't use the fields next year but it will be nice bush to use. Brian

What this; nobody wants to reply or are we just tried of trail work? Ha Ha Lets just close down the e108 & run the lake that will be fun. Come on guys what better than trail work on Sunny Sat morning, no water I promise: ITs only a 10th of mile bush clearing. I hope to see you there. Brian

Sorry Brian but I'm going for a ride, the trees will still be there in the FALL!!!

Thanks to all that came out. We got a big jump on next years season. I can under stand wanting to ride instead, our days are numbered. Kevin is going to post some pictures from his trail phone I hope.The trees didn't want to come down either.We'll try and finish it next weekend if anybody is interested as long as it doesn't get too wet this week. Sorry guys, I just heard about it tonight, my son and I would of come out to help. Would be nice if when you post a request for trail work, we would recieve an email. Don't know if that is duable. Anyway, I will try to look in mor often. Cheers

Well it was an interesting day as i watched Brian move trees from one side of the trail to another, as none would just fall down... sorry the pics did not turn out as my cell phone takes a crappy picture... i need to invest in a camera.. regardless it was a good day on the trails... Kev
