Hows the trails lookin after day 2? My back yard is bare, and the field behind is bare except for those spots that had lots of sled traffic, but even they are looking thin.
Anybody got any reports on how the trails are holding? Will we make it out of this with any base left at all??

Even if there's any base left, you'll still need an ark to get anywhere  We need mucho cold for a week or better to lock things up again, the little bit of ground frost we did have is holding the water up top.

The cartwright trails nort of the 108 have lost every bit of white stuff now. Real bummer, hope we get it back soon.

Looks likes just lake running this weekend, the bridge north of town on e108 beside simcoe st. is still there couldn't see it yesterday.Six inches of water above it current would push the sled right off the bridge if tied to cross it. With the wind today we have to bush out the all the dead fall again when ever freeze up happens or take paddles with us. Have to check the rest of the bridges see if they all survive. brian
