Well eventhough my sled is down, I am not .The good folks at Total Recreation have assured me another stator is on its way and will get money back for wrong one.I did however discover a place in Quebec that rewinds sled and atv stators for approx $100.00-$150.00 you ship they rewind heavier & stronger they ship back.Round trip within a week and less than a new one,and better than a new one.Be back soon!!

Maybe even check with some local elec shops, they might be able to re-wind the puppy for you with out having to send it to PQ. Try Goldseal Alternator and Starter Service here in Port Perry 905-985-1545, you never know he might be able to fix you up. He's done many elec motor re-winds and elec re-pairs for me in the past with great results.

He's done many elec motor re-winds and elec re-pairs for me in the past with great results. I use Gold Seal all the time for my marine motors and alternators. Bob does excellent work has quick turnaround and charges a fair price. I recommend him highly.
