member vs non member so... whats the difference between being a club 'member' and not?

Newsletter, voting rights, 5% discounts at a few dealers, helpin out the club with a few extra duckets. I'm sure there's some I'm missing.

For me it's all about the comaradery the other stuff is just perks, it was either the Loyal Order Of Water Buffaloes or PPSC for me , I guess since I was all ready a sledder it was my destiny ......... plus the big hat with the horns was funny looking :wink:
Can't forget the secret handshake either :lol:

Come to think of it you did miss a couple, reduced club event fee's, personal use of the club house at a very reasonable rate.
Oh and I'm not kidding about the secret handshake ......... that alone is worth the 10 Peso's :lol:

well if you're sellin permits at the open house then i'll likely buy one there.. and if its $10 for the membership.. i'll likely add that as well... although mostly just to pass the club money and to get access to the secret handshake.
... thats assuming I have been successful in persuading my wife to go solo to a friends baby's christening, while I attend the open house...
she initially didn't take too kindly to the suggestion:)

I think the really cool hat thing should get in the works too. Maybe not two horns but something outrageous none the less. Maybe some kinda chicken wing, Scugog bullrush, beer can thingy.
