Pic's from our south end trails today...Jan 23rd .
I went out this afternoon to mark all the south end wet spots a little better for our groomer operator Warren (he ran low on caution tape last night) ...... Great job Warren, I'm sure the boy's up north are doing just as well with the trails up that way, I'll try and get up there to get pic's tomorrow.
Man I can't believe how good the trails came back :D
PPSC 4 east of the clubhouseE108 east of the club house (Bagdad Loop) Cartwright Trail ( we groom this stretch for them),
pretty rough but passable, as usual it needs a ton of snow to get it worth riding.PPSC #4 north of the club house to canal trail, watch for logging
no damage to the trail base today, but keep on the look out incase.E108 north from the club house to Port Perry (Land/Swamp Trail),
a little rough with 3 wet spots but easly passable, better then mid season last year .... into Port and back and didn't even dirty my ski's 8)
Pallet Parkway looking east, could use some more snow, were seeing boards ... but at were staying dry
Out on Scugog ..... Fluffy and flat for the most part with a pressure crack
developing in the usuall spot just south of the Nonquon river mouthPlease remember the lake and canals have not been staked yet. Know before you go !!!!!!

I saw a Jimmy and Full size Work Van on the lake around 5pm..
smooth ridding on the lake with 6-8 inches of fluff
the Island trail is good in most spots.. rough in others...
also about 1km into e108 east of the club there was a cow on the trail.. i ended scaring them back into the middle of their field..

Went to Noones and back today Went to Noones for a morning run with my son and back to Port by 1:00 trails were great just the old small rocks towards Long Sault. Met two vans parked on the trail on Long Sault portion of trails by the railway crossing didn't see the drivers.
Great that the amount of snow came back quick.
